Is Roomba 675 Quiet?
If you have sensitive ears and want a quiet robot vacuum, the Roomba 675 isn’t for you. It’s louder than all of the other robot vacuums I’ve tested, as well as my Dyson V8 Animal+ stick. It doesn’t map your home like the much pricier Roomba i7+ and S9+, so you can’t set up virtual boundaries in the app.
Why are roombas so loud?
If you are noticing your Roomba becoming louder it can be a sign of worn brushes and filter or debris build up in them. We would recommend removing the brushes and brush end caps for thorough cleaning and making sure the filter is clean (or changed). If you need assistance we are always here to help with your Roomba.

Is Roomba 980 loud?
That’s almost as loud as a prop plane flying overhead. Even Eco Mode, a lower power mode, measured at 70 dB. There’s also no remote with manual directional control. It is annoying to see a mess on the floor, push “Clean” and have to wait twenty minutes for the botvac to make its way over.
